RETURNS

All sales are final unless a product was damaged upon arrival or had manufacturing imperfections.

Contact us at customersupport@edwardjoiner.com if your item has any problems. 

After the product has been inspected, and if customer support has determined that the item has been damaged or has other issues, then you will be prompted by customer support to follow a series of instructions.

All returns must be made within 3 days of the product being delivered.

SHIPPING

Please allow us 3-7 days for products to be shipped out. 

Understand that all international orders are shipped delivery duties unpaid. Customs, duties, and taxes are not included in the item price. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any applicable customs, duties, or taxes imposed by your country. 

Note that these charges are variable and are not calculated at checkout.
